I contacted Baker Demolition to come out and give me a quote on demolishing and removing a mobile home from my property. Jimmy responded immediately and came out the same day to give me a quote. I felt that the amount he quoted was extremely fair, and I was very impressed with his professionalism. He was more than happy to answer all of my questions and completed the job in a timely manner. Jimmy was just absolutely excellent! He took care of everything from all the permits to the demo of the house. He was very communicable which seems to be very rare for other contractors and he always made sure to walk us through the whole process of the demo. I needed to have a roughly 800 sq. ft. inground pool removed from a fenced-in area. Working with Baker Demolition was the absolute best experience I have had with a contractor since moving to NC. I contacted them for a quote, they called back, came out to discuss the project and timing, and responded promptly to every call, text, and request thereafter. They were very careful around pipes and removing the ladder, diving board, etc. They showed up when they said they would, kept me up to date on progress, completed the job on schedule, their prices were very fair, and they cleaned up the work area. I wish every company knew customer service, fair pricing, and did great work like Baker.
