The crew was professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job removing what needed to go, saving what I wanted to keep, and were very careful bringing the heavy equipment down our narrow driveway. They cleaned up afterwards. I used them to tear down a house and a garage. Everything was completed according to schedule and the pricing was okay. I only had one issue which stopped me from providing a perfect score. When I called them, I told them to wait for us to arrive before tearing down the garage as I wanted to check the items first, but I guess they forgot. Overall everything still went smoothly.

We wanted a 115 old chimney removed. It was at the center of our house, and was used as a stove by the previous owner. My biggest issue was how dirty the house was—every level of my house was covered with chimney dust. There was half an inch of dust everywhere. I tried to clean every single room, but it was awful. I know it was a very old chimney, and maybe I should have had a better understanding of what was going to happen, but I feel like they should have better informed me about that. Also, it bothered me that they went into my pole barn to use a ladder without asking permission. I have three kids, and going into my garage and private property wasn’t OK with me.

We had our small cottage and enclosed porch demolished and the site brought back to grade. Ace Excavating did the job. The work itself was great, but I would say that their communication was in the poor range. It took them three weeks to complete it. They came out, worked for a couple of days, left their equipment, and we didn't hear anything from them (they were not returning our follow-up calls either) until they suddenly showed up on the third week to finish it. I am still willing to recommend them but only if you're not in a hurry to get the job done.
We had an abandoned 80 year old garage made of wood and stucco measuring 20 ft. by 30 ft. that needed to come down. The job went to Ace Excavating. It took them awhile to start the job but when they came out, they did it quick and did a great job. I wouldn't mind recommending their services to others.
