Our company closed its physical location due to Covid-19 and we needed hauling services for our 9 unit office space, so we hired ASAP Dumpster & Hauling. The guys arrived on time, were given instruction on items for retrieval, and they immediately started breaking down the pieces to haul out. ASAP Dumpster & Hauling responded to my online quote request within 30 minutes and provided a service window for the next day. They called to confirm the service the morning of, but were delayed due to a previous job. They maintained good communication to let me know they were delayed, which is all I could ask for. They had to remove my dead fridge through the kitchen window due to its size, and they removed several broken couches from our living room and basement. They did everything asked of them and I was very happy with their service.

ASAP Dumpster & Hauling provided fantastic customer service. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote and sent a team member to our property prior to delivery to ensure that the the dumpster we rented would fit properly, due to the tightness of the street. The dumpster was delivered on time and the the delivery person was very polite, patient, and explained everything with ease! I found them on Yelp and I'm highly pleased with their service. he came out quoted a price for trash removal. when he came back to remove the trash he was very rude and unprofessional and wanted $400 more then the price he originally told me it would be i will never recommend him to anyone ever or even use this company ever again

After a lot of searching, I found ASAP Dumpster and Hauling to haul away the contents of my mom's house. I wanted to go with a company that would donate the items rather than them ending up at the landfill. Kevin sounded very young on the phone but he was very responsive, knowledgeable, and honest and I loved the fact it was a black-owned company. He explained what he could do over the phone and was more than willing to work around my schedule. Even though I was on the road at the time and lived a few hours away, Kevin kept me informed of their time frame and work in progress. My nephew got everything into the driveway for them to easily pick up and Kevin and his team came and hauled everything away within minutes! They also cleaned up after themselves to make sure there was no leftover scraps. Though it cost more than I expected, I clearly had way more junk than I realized. Kevin sent before and after pictures and gave me a reasonable discount, which I greatly appreciated. He even waited until I reached my destination to make the payment over the phone since I was on the road. I am so glad that I went with this company and I would recommend them to anyone.
