I hired Atlanta Bobcat Service for our inground pool removal and grading. It started out great when he removed the pool, but then we received one excuse after another for not grading the area to be able to lay sod. I paid him before he was finished and he left my backyard a mess! I had to hire another company to finish the job he started.
I had a 30 ft. by 40 ft. building at the back of the house being used as a workshop. I contracted Atlanta Bobcat Service for the demolition, and the owner was really personable, timely, and a real professional. He was able to completely remove the building and cleaned up when the job was done. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Mark and his crew did an excellent job removing an inground vinyl-lined pool and landscape in my backyard. We had a drainage issue as well that needed to be addressed. The pool was removed, drainage issues were addressed, and new sod was laid down. My yard also had a somewhat steep slope and Mark leveled it out. The work was completed on time, and I now have a beautiful backyard. If I could give him a higher rating than 5 stars, I would.

I am pretty satisfied with the filling work, which was the reason why I called them. However, I asked them to specifically clean out the area where he used the Bobcat. And although they said they would do it, they never came back to finish the cleaning. That's the only dissatisfaction I have with them.

Atlanta Bobcat Service removed our 16 ft x 32 ft pool made out of vinyl. They hauled away all the debris and returned the site to grade. They were very good. They cleaned everything up and did a nice job. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
