We needed to have the composition roofing taken off to make way for the build of a 2nd story. The roof measures 1800 sq.ft. The selective demolition includes drywall and other materials on the roof. We hired the company Bravo Construction for the work. I think they did a pretty good job. We'll hire them again if needed.

The guys from Bravo were really nice and communicated very well.I would give them a four star rating on that aspect. In terms of work quality, I would give them a two star rating. I don't know if it was an oversight on their end, but after they were done with the work, I found out that there is still a chunk of concrete left behind. I ended up renting a jackhammer and finished it off myself.
