DLT was a wonderful company and put forth extra effort to make sure I was pleased with their service. Once the trailers were removed, the company left the lots clean and ready for reseeding. I needed to demolish a pool house, an outbuilding, and 5 large trees, as well as a 3,000 sq. ft. house and a 500 sq. ft. garage. DLT worked out really great for us. We were very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

I worked with DLT Construction and Demolition for my pool removal. Their crew came on time and were very polite. The end result is great, and everything was leveled out perfectly. DLT did a good job where the pool was located. However, they left a little mess, and one of my shrubs got damaged during their work.

We needed to tear down a 15 ft x 50 ft building with mostly steel stud construction and some drywall. The exterior had some tile on it and was on a backer board type material. I must say—the guys did a fine job from the demolition to the clean up.
