Our church had a mid-1980s double-wide classroom trailer that needed to be demolished. We received multiple quotes that were all over the board. Owner Ken Finlon was in the area when I contacted him and he came by same-day for a quote. We received good pricing from Hometown Demolition/Earth's Product's Demo and we hired them to remove the trailer. They did an extremely thorough job and left the site in a clean state, probably as clean as it was when the trailers were installed. No trash/debris remained and they even leveled the site for our next project. Ken and his worker Roman did a great job; I highly recommend this company for demolition projects.

I need an old eyesore inground pool removed so I got several quotes in the area. Ken from Earth's Products Demo was one of the 10 companies I entertained and his commitment to excellence and doing the job right was clearly better than the others, so he was hired. Ken exceeded my expectations. The pool removal was done professionally and timely, even my neighbors loved him. Not just 5 stars, but 10. He is a master of his craft.

We noticed that settlement in a poorly crafted exterior slab of concrete at our home was pulling our electrical meter out of the wall, so we contacted Earth's Products Demo LLC to discuss removal of the slab so that the meter could be properly fixed. Ken evaluated pictures of the area and gave us a fair and solid quote, so we agreed to hire him. He came out a few days later with a dump truck and large digger, and wound up having to work through 2-3 slabs of 12-16 thick concrete to get it all cleaned up, along with dealing with the challenges of the electrical work (ultimately disabled by the power company while he was working). He also proposed solutions to help with our awful drainage that was routing back towards the house and came back two days later to install a buried drain system with a downspout tie-in. Ultimately we were very pleased with Ken's work and efforts to make our home as protected as possible. We found the process worth the cost, and will contact him again when it's time to replace our driveway.

Of the four companies contacted, I chose Earth's Products Demo LLC because of the price and assurances I received from Mr. Finlon. They removed our inground pool, cleared away all brush around the pool and then filled in the area and sloped and seeded the area to allow for water run-off. With my permission, they actually began working ahead of schedule and finished everything in a timely manner. Roman, who handled the actual demolition, was very courteous and professional. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work and I thought he did a great job in making sure he did as minimal damage to my lawn as possible. It has been months since the work was done and the slope he created has allowed for adequate water run-off with minimal erosion in some areas, but this problem will be rectified once all the grass grows in. In short, Earth's Products Demo LLC did a great job demolishing my pool and I would be happy to use them again for future projects.

He and his crew finished the work in a timely fashion, left the yard in great shape, and worked with us every step of the way. Earth's Products did an awesome job removing a single wide trailer that was already partially demolished and fire damaged. From the initial inquiry to the project end date, they always maintained a high level of communication and promptness which is rare from contractors. They have competitive prices, and they made sure that they cleaned up the job site once they were done.

We used Earth's Products Demo to demolish a ranch house but was disappointed with their performance. We were quoted $6,200 and then was asked to pay $10,200 once it was done. When we threatened to sue, we ended up paying $8,200.

Our 3500 sq. ft. home was destroyed by a fire, and the remains of the home needed to be demolished down to the foundation and hauled to the landfill. I contacted Ken during our due diligence process of buying a home. Ken was very responsive and easy to deal with. The day after closing, he walked the site and gave us an estimate. Two days later, Ken and his crew started on removing the pool. Every part of the pool was removed from the property and not tossed into the hole to be covered up. Ken backfilled the hole with quality dirt, and the last 12 he was able to get some great top soil ready for gardening. Ken finished up by grading the area to our specifications. We are extremely pleased with Earths Products and will continue to use and recommend Ken and his services.

Earth's Products and Ken Finlon have been extraordinary. They demolished our 3,000 square foot 1957 ranch in North Buckhead, expertly excavating the basement and clearing the lot and debris. The lot has a fairly severe drop-off to a ravine which required special expertise and was not a problem. They were timely, and exceeded all expectations in regards to efficiency and completing the job on time. After we obtained our building permits, Earth's Products came back to grade for the basement and foundation of the new construction. Again, the topography of the lot was challenging, but they were very careful, meeting the specifications of the plan as well as protecting the abundance of trees that require significant protection in the City of Atlanta. The footings and foundation crew were very complimentary of the thoroughness to which the site was prepared for their stage of the process. The pricing has been fair and dependable. The estimate has been honored and there were no surprises at the time of final billing.

He is very knowledgeable with demolitions and has the proper equipment to get the job completed. We had a 6,000 sq. ft. building that needed to be demolished quickly, and they did a great job. Everything was completed on time and he made sure all the permits were filed before the demo was started.

I needed my 1974 doublewide mobile home demolished. I got in contact with Earth's Products Demo, but unfortunately I'm rather disappointed with their service. There were a lot of things they said they'd do but never followed through on. First, they said they would clean up the site after the demo, which they did not do. Second, they told me they would seed the site, which they didn’t, and lastly they even left some debris after the demo, which I had to haul away personally.
