After calling around and being upset to no avail I came across Junk Repo. They didn’t have a dumpster I needed within my time frame, apologized but came up with a solution to help me. Within an hour I had what I needed. The young man whom dropped off helped me carry a mattress and box spring which I knew I couldn’t do alone. He ever so kindly told me how to load to get the best use. He then said he’d be back within the time frame allotted. I was upset thinking I couldn’t get the job done in time so I called back the company. I received the best response the gentlemen said - don’t worry, if needed I’ll extend a day at no cost. I never expected that and was very grateful. I did manage to fill to capacity within the time frame. I’d hire this company if we’re in my state each and every time. If perchance I’d need again in North Carolina, you know I’d be calling immediately. They deserve 10 stars not 5 but can’t do on this site. Thank you one beyond satisfied customer!

These guys were the absolute best I could have imagined hiring. They cleared out my entire house head to toe (so quickly, too) and just were so kind and nice and helpful!!!! I truly will recommend them to anyone I know looking to have dump pickup. They came into my house and cleaned it out from head to toe, I didn’t have to do a thing. They were so sweet and professional!!!!!!

From his initial introduction, Victor and his team have been only the best in professionalism. Victor Always kept his word and was on time for each aspect of the job he had been hired to do. In addition, he exuded confidence and i found more and more jobs for him at my home. Victor has been so much more than a junk removal company. From our 1st call to the final pick-up of the dumpster & final items, we received friendly, knowledgeable, professional service at an affordable price. We were so happy, we have hired them for a second, larger job. If you have a need for dumpster rental or junk removal coming up & are looking for great service, knowledgeable professionals at an affordable price, then Victor & his team is definitely the best choice.

I would give Junk Repo 3 out of 5 stars. I didn't understand their rates and was told that the dumpster rental could be emptied as many times as I filled it up. I had them empty it and it cost me $375, but I had to pay again to get it emptied the second time I filled it up. Other that the price, the service was fine.

We needed someone to remove a burn barrel from our property, as we didn't have transportation to take this item to the dump. We called Junk Repo LLC on a Sunday for possible removal the next week, but they sent a crew member to come retrieve the barrel that very same day, even though it was still smoking from burning trash! I have never seen a young man with such professionalism and commitment to his customers. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future. They were wonderful.
