LBS Demolition

LBS Demolition was fantastic in the removal of an old fuel heating tank under the stairs in my basement. I had contacted them the night before, after hours, and they were very responsive and got me in the next day. Fuel had leaked out and it was a mess. They were on time, reasonably priced and friendly. They cleaned up well and hauled out some additional items that were very heavy. I would highly recommend and will use them again if the need arises.

They did a great job removing an above ground pool and raised wooden deck from my backyard. They were in and out in a little over 5 hours. They left my backyard graded, grass seed and straw planted. The cost may seem high, but I know it saved me lots of time if I had done it by myself or with family help. Would recommend them for any job.

Great company. They were on time and didn't waste a moment getting started on taking down our old shed and cement slab. Very minimal damage to the grass. Demolition area was cleaned up nicely. I would highly recommend LBS Demolition.

These guys did a excellent job taking down my brick chimney while it was being roofed at same time …had it down in a day and hauled all debris away .. did nice job cleaning up the small pieces of bricks out of grass also.. very professional would recommend to anyone needing their chimney removed…

They did a great job removing my above ground pool and handled the fill in and seeding as well! It would have take me all summer to do this on my own and they handled it all in a day. Jeff was very responsive to any questions/concerns I had. Team showed up on time and clean up was good as well.

Jeff (father/owner) and Lucas (son/owner) and crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and tore down an old cement block cottage in a timely manner. What I initially described to Jeff as a shack was corrected by telling me a shack is made of wood but that my cement block cabin was a fortress. LOL. I didn’t think of it that way before but could totally relate, considering all of the block that needed to be tore down and dumped. I really enjoyed working with Jeff, as he’s a no BS type of guy. He tells it like it is and not what he thinks you want to hear; straight up guy and I totally respect that. Many of the neighbors have been over and have commented on how nice the property looks now. I am very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to use, nor recommend, LBS Demolition in the future. I am very pleased.

I live out of state and had to coordinate a demo of my late mother’s house from afar. LBS went above and beyond, sending daily photos and updates, which I greatly appreciated. They also took care of getting all permits and the job was finished and passed inspection in just under two weeks. Initially I was hesitant to trust them with a 50% deposit, but Jeff LaFave was so professional in our telephone communications, that I believed from day one I had found the right company. And indeed I had.

They completed the work today, and the workers were extremely punctual and professional. The work they did exceeded my expectations, as they also helped out with some backyard weeds. I hired LBS Demolition to remove and dispose of a 275 gallon fuel oil tank as well as 130 gallons of fuel and I was very satisfied. They had oil tank removal listed as a service but I didn't see anything about taking gallons of fuel. I decided to call and see and they said they could handle it no problem. They were accommodating and friendly, licensed and insured, and performed my project without a problem. I highly recommend them.

I hired LBS Demolition for our interior demolition project that included the removal of kitchen cabinets, a backsplash, tile from a fireplace, and endcaps on a staircase. I was nervous about trusting anyone with this project because I needed the countertops and backsplash to be removed without any damage to the cabinets, but they were able to do this without a problem. Jeff was easy to talk to and very responsive when I had any questions or concerns, and I am so satisfied with their service that I am hiring them for another job. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I hired a different company initially when I had two adjacent interior walls that needed to be removed, but they did a terrible job. After they began the demolition, they discovered evidence of asbestos and not only failed to complete the job, but failed to warn us of the potential dangers of leaving the project as it was. I am so grateful that I found LBS Demolition to help finish the job that the other contractor started. Lucas was very knowledgeable, making me aware of all the proper protocol involved in handling asbestos and offered prestige customer service. They completed the project quickly and accurately, and I cannot wait to use them again in the future.

LBS Demolition did a great job tearing down the interior walls, ceilings, and floors in the bathroom and kitchen of an old house I just bought. I contacted them on Sunday, and Jeff of LBS Demolition immediately came out to walk through and go over the work that needed to be done. His team showed up the following Wednesday. We anticipated that it would take roughly 2 days, but they ended up working 3 full days because things weren’t as easy as they seemed. They managed to get the job done, and I appreciate Jeff's service. I would hire LBS Demolition again.

We had a 10x12 shed that squirrels and raccoons had infested in the spring. They managed to destroy the roof and interior contents, and I needed the shed torn down and the contents removed. LBS Demolition's crew was right on time and professional, too. I have a septic tank and field, and they made sure to not drive over that area. They emptied the shed's contents, dismantled the shed quickly, and removed everything into the dumpster. They cleaned up the ground and stacked the cinder blocks as I requested. I would highly recommend them!
