Reiss Earthworks did a really fantastic job demolishing a 30 ft x 15 ft shed-like structure made basically of a galvanized tin roof and wood sitting on concrete. There was no asbestos involved, and no insulation or utilities. Reiss was in and out, and had everything done in a couple of days. I have no complaints.
