Velez Construction Services

I rented a dumpster from Velez Construction Services, and their service just wasn't good at all. My project has been completed for four days, and they have been notified that the dumpster is ready for pick-up, yet the dumpster is still sitting in my driveway. They don't answer the phone or return phone calls.

I needed my 2,200 sq. ft. single-story home demolished. Velez Construction Services did a pretty decent job. Their crew came on time and were very prompt with their services. After the demolition, all debris was hauled away in an orderly fashion. I would recommend their services to other homeowners.

When I needed to demolish a dilapidated house that was about to collapse, I hired Velez Construction Services. Basically, everything on the project went well. They demolished everything, cleaned up, and returned site to grade. I was completely satisfied with how they worked on the property.

We were having a house and a few trees removed from the property in preparation of a rebuild. Velez did the work and they were pretty good. They have very professional people that are just always on time, and I'm even working with them on other projects now.

I was very happy with the service that I got from the contractor I hired. Velez demolished a 40 ft. gunite pool without any issues. They filled in the hole and everything went as planned.

I need to demolish a 52 ft single wide mobile home. It is not on a slab. Velez was great. They did a nice job and cleaned up the debris after the demolition.

We were flipping a property so we had a lot of debris that needed to be hauled out. We called to arrange a 40 yard dumpster be delivered with Velez. They were late and told me it's part of the business, it happens. Two days later the dumpster is full and we called for a pick up and delivery of a 20 to finish up the job. They showed up 4 hours late and brought the wrong size dumpster and insisted that we pay the difference for the bigger dumpster!!

I'm the site supervisor, but it was my project manager who ordered the 20 yard dumpster from Velez Construction Services. There was a bit of a delay in delivery, but it wasn't their fault. They couldn't get to the area they needed to due to weather. They did inform us of the situation so it was no big deal. It all worked out in the end.

I give Velez Construction 2 thumbs up for great service. They delivered and picked up our dumpster on time as promised.

Velez removed a concrete wall for me. It took them two days to complete the job. They hauled away all the debris, and everything seemed to go well.
