When my home was damaged by a fire, I was overwhelmed with the thought of cleanup and didn’t know where to start. Demo Patrol made everything so much easier from the very first phone call. Spencer was understanding and knowledgeable, helping me feel at ease during a really stressful time. He walked me through the whole process, from permits to what to expect on demolition day, and answered all my questions like pros.
On-site, the team worked like a well-oiled machine! They showed up right on time and handled everything with such attention to detail. They also crushed up a small shed I no longer needed free of charge. I could tell they genuinely cared about getting it done safely and efficiently, which really meant a lot to me. Despite the heavy damage, they made quick work of the demolition without ever making it feel rushed. Even my neighbors commented on how careful they were, keeping the surrounding areas protected and debris under control.

I've used Demo Patrol twice now both times the workers were professional. Very likable which is a huge plus for people you don't know coming to your home. I had a 2 story playhouse in my backyard that I wanted removed. From the first call with Spencer it was a pleasure doing business with them. He came out, gave me a bid and the following day came to remove the structure. His helpers Kenaniah and Justin were excellent workers. 7 hours later the structure was gone, my fence was back up, and they left a very happy and appreciative customer. Outstanding, professional and hardworking. I spent 37 years in commercial construction and these guys give you your money's worth with production, and professional attention to detail. I am very happy with their demo of my 15x31' above ground pool and associated clean up. Also removed 4'x4' concrete slab and exposed a water line with leak for me with a minimal charge saving me much money over the plumbing contractor. 5 star for sure.

I hired Spencer and his team at Demo Patrol back in January. I needed an eye sore of a shed removed from my backyard and I called a few companies but ended up landing on this one. Spencer was able to do an estimate same day, and got my project done the following day. His estimate was more than fair and he showed up on time to do the estimate and the job.
