MAVCO Deconstruction is licensed, bonded, and insured for all types of demolition and deconstruction projects. We specialize in deconstruction for donation purposes, but are skilled in all forms of demolition, excavation, junk removal, and hauling. Concrete, asphalt, dirt, drywall, metals, and reusable lumber are usually source separated onsite and transported to recycling centers for processing. Approximately 75%-80% of all materials are diverted for some form of reuse.We own a Bobcat, jackhammers, walk-behind saws, negative-air machines, dump trucks, and trailers. We have accounts with major heavy equipment companies and can handle small and large-scale structural demolition projects for both residential and commercial clients. We pride ourselves on running a clean and safe workplace, proven by our 25 years without any Workman's Comp claims.
