What are the rules and regulations for commercial demolition?

There are rules and regulations when it comes to commercial demolition, so make sure you (and your contractor) are aware of them and follow them accordingly. The Clean Air Act requires that all National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) regulations be followed.
